Every engagement is priced against a written scope after a scoping conversation. We would rather quote accurately than publish a number that misleads in either direction.
No surprise variation
Scope changes are agreed in writing before work continues. We do not bill discovery as delivery, and we do not let a fixed-scope programme drift into an open one.
Exit without hostage
Deliverables, configuration, and documentation are yours. Handover is designed in from the start so that leaving us is always a practical option.
