- What is AITW Authentica?
- AITW Authentica is a technology parent company that builds systems and solutions for existence in the AI era. We operate two connected arms: an advisory practice covering AI and information-security governance, and a platform group that builds and operates seven products — Batchbind, SourceRead, Lumiaxiom, SCM-Edge Suite, Law & Legal, Brandex, and SisiDesk.
- What does the name AITW Authentica mean?
- Authentica is the thesis: as generative systems make output cheap and provenance scarce, the durable advantage is authenticity — knowing where something came from, who is accountable for it, and whether it can be trusted. Every platform we build encodes that idea in a different domain.
- Who works at AITW Authentica?
- Seasoned technology professionals with delivery experience across financial services, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, supply chain, legal, and enterprise software. The practice is deliberately senior — the people who scope your work are the people who do it.
- Where is AITW Authentica based?
- Our office is at GW-0299-8745, Mt. Crossfell Street, Accra, Ghana. We work with clients across Africa, Europe, and North America, and design our platforms for emerging-market conditions first.
- Is AITW Authentica focused on emerging markets or global clients?
- The company is global. Some platforms are engineered for the hardest operating conditions — fragmented regulation, multi-tier supply chains, intermittent connectivity, real cost ceilings — because systems that work under those constraints work anywhere. That is a design discipline, not a market limitation. SourceRead, Lumiaxiom, Law & Legal, Brandex, and SisiDesk carry no regional constraint at all.

- How many products does AITW Authentica have?
- Seven: Batchbind (AI PLM and compliance ledger), SourceRead (unified information layer), Lumiaxiom (Compliance-as-a-Service and code compliance for AI/IS governance), SCM-Edge Suite (modular AI supply chain), Law & Legal (case updates and legal intelligence), Brandex (brand operating system), and SisiDesk (cloud workspace and compute).
- How do the seven platforms relate to each other?
- They share a common spine — provenance, evidence, and accountability — applied to different domains. Lumiaxiom governs how AI is used, SourceRead governs what an organization knows, Batchbind and SCM-Edge Suite govern what it makes and moves, Law & Legal and Brandex govern what it argues and says, and SisiDesk supplies the compute they run on. Each stands alone; together they compound.
- Do I have to buy the whole suite?
- No. Every platform is sold and deployed independently, and most engagements start with one. Shared identity, audit, and data models make later additions cheaper, but nothing forces a suite purchase.
- Are the platforms generally available?
- Availability differs by product. SourceRead and Law & Legal are in early access, SisiDesk is opening a private beta at sisidesk.com, and Batchbind, Lumiaxiom, SCM-Edge Suite, and Brandex are in development with design partners. Each platform page states its current status.
- What is a design partner?
- A design partner is an organization that gets early access and direct influence over the roadmap in exchange for real usage and candid feedback. Cohorts are small and deliberately chosen for domain fit.

- What services does AITW Authentica offer?
- AI and information-security governance advisory, assurance and audit readiness, data and privacy programme design, and bespoke platform builds. We also embed alongside internal teams where an organization wants to own the capability rather than rent it.
- How do engagements typically start?
- With a briefing. We spend a short, scoped period understanding the operating reality — the systems, the regulators, the constraints — and return a written point of view with options. Only then do we scope delivery.
- Which industries do you work in?
- Financial services, healthcare and life sciences, public sector, manufacturing and supply chain, legal, media, and enterprise software. Our Industries page describes the specific problems we take on in each.
- Do you work under NDA?
- Yes. We sign non-disclosure agreements before substantive discussions on request, and client material is held under engagement-level confidentiality throughout.
- How do I get in touch?

Privacy, data, and security
- How does AITW Authentica handle personal data?
- We treat data as a fiduciary obligation. Personal information is processed under GDPR, CCPA, and applicable sectoral privacy regimes, on a lawful basis, minimised to what the engagement requires, and retained only as long as it is needed.
- Where is my data stored?
- Data residency is configurable per platform and per engagement. Where a jurisdiction requires in-country or in-region storage, we deploy to meet it rather than asking for an exception.
- Is data encrypted?
- Yes — in transit and at rest, with per-tenant isolation across our platforms and access scoped to the smallest set of people who need it.
- Do you train AI models on client data?
- No. Client and customer data is not used to train shared or third-party models. Where a platform uses AI, it operates on your data for your benefit, within your boundary, with the provenance of every answer traceable.
- Where can I read your privacy policy and terms?
- Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, our lawful bases, retention periods, data residency, subprocessors, and how to exercise your rights. Our Terms of Use cover acceptable use, intellectual property, platform availability, and vulnerability reporting. Both are linked in the site footer.
- Can our auditors review your controls?
- Yes. Control documentation, evidence, and audit trails are available to clients and their auditors under engagement terms — the same assurance discipline Lumiaxiom exists to systematise.

- Is AITW Authentica hiring?
- We hire continuously but selectively, for senior engineering, governance, and delivery roles across our platform group and advisory practice. Current openings are listed on our Careers page.
- What is the hiring process like?
- Short and substantive: a conversation about your work, a problem discussed the way we would discuss it with a client, and a decision. We do not run trick interviews or unpaid multi-week exercises.
